Eastham, MA. This is a farmed oyster grown using off-bottom culture techniques. It is grown in waters just to the south of Wellfleet in Cape Cod Bay. A rare oyster, the farmer only produces about 500 each week as a hobby. The flavor is medium in brine and very clean. |
